Bringing program graduates back to campus to speak creates valuable networking opportunities for students, giving them the opportunity to connect with alumni and gain insight into their experiences, not only within the sports industry, but also at Lock Haven and the sport studies program.
"Being able to host this event and bring our successful alumni back to campus to share their experiences is something special," Hailey Farr, recent graduate and sport studies graduate assistant. "Many of this year's panelists emphasized the importance of networking, especially within the sport industry. Lock Haven sport studies has alumni everywhere and it is interesting to see how many connections just the sport studies alumni have within the industry"
